Anoushka has spent over two decades involved within motorsport and equestrian sports, blending her passion for both industries with the commercial side of sports management and competition. With a deep-rooted connection to the world of motorsport, Anoushka has been involved in various roles driving forward the business and marketing aspects of Mayfield.
As founder Anoushka’s unique combination of experience in both high-speed motorsport and the disciplined world of equestrian competition has allowed her to build Mayfield and develop strong relationships with athletes, sponsors, and organizations, working behind the scenes to ensure events run smoothly while also enhancing commercial opportunities for brands.


Richard is an experienced investment professional with twenty years’ experience ofprincipal investment in real estate and operational businesses in the UK andEuropean markets as well as consulting on motorsport projects. He has extensiveexperience in appraisal and due diligence as well as raising and structuringdebt and mezzanine finance, structuring acquisitions and conducting acquisitiondue diligence.
Duringthe course of his career Richard has worked in both consultancy and principalroles typically on asset backed operational transactions. These includeacquisitions, disposals and re-financing complex, often multi country projectsfor investment banks and principal investment firms including HSBC, UBS Warburgand Dawnay-Day Structured Finance.


Simon is a qualified solicitor with more than thirty years experience in corporate M&A and twenty years in private practice, ultimately as a corporate M&A partnerwith Olswang London (now CMS).
In private practice Simon led hundreds of acquisitions, disposal and capital markets transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including private equity investments, exits and joint ventures as well as IPOs, MBOs, public takeovers and mergers. In particular, his UK buy and build experience is extensive.
In completing his transactions, Simon has dealt with counter parties of all types from sole proprietor to OMBs, large investment banks, brokers, senior lenders and private equity houses to institutional investors and management teams.
